IBC Announces New Curriculum
Indiana Bible College is dedicated to training tomorrow’s Apostolic leaders, today. After four decades in operation, we remain committed to accomplishing the task of training, educating, and sending the next generation of Apostolic leaders. Part of fulfilling this mission requires continual improvement of the student educational experience. Beginning this fall semester, we are revamping the educational path students take in important ways. This overhaul includes a new major, a required core of classes, the restructuring of minors, and the offering of specialized concentrations.
In addition to core classes important to all Bible college graduates, students will choose one of four majors. Our core classes will now be focused on three areas: Foundations for College Success, Foundations of Faith, and Foundations for Life and Ministry. Our four majors are Biblical Studies, Worship Studies, Missiology, and our newly available Christian Leadership program.
Our major programs will also be offered as minor programs. For example, students may major in Christian Leadership with a minor in Missiology or any other combination. Any of the four majors will serve as options for a minor program.
We are also introducing specialized concentrations of Preaching, Counseling, Church Marketing, and Education. Each student can graduate with a major, minor, and concentration.
Our goal is to produce well-rounded Bible college graduates who are grounded in essential biblical doctrines and specialized in the skillsets applicable to current ministry opportunities around the world.
This new program positions Indiana Bible College to continue to train, educate, and send Apostolic leaders into the harvest field of this end-time revival.
