I believe we’re essentially doing all we can do. Live streaming because of the pandemic has really exposed our message. Personally, I’m in coffee shops frequently, networking and witnessing.
Social media has been great for our PR efforts. Plus, our constant desire is to participate in community events. Sometimes we do postcard-style flyers that our people take home and subsequently hand out during the week.
We are very active in getting involved with community events and programs. Our church is in downtown Tulsa, so we have several opportunities to get involved. Last December, we entered a float in the City of Tulsa Downtown Christmas Parade. Tens of thousands of people saw us.
We need to get out of our offices and hit the streets and coffee shops and meet people. Make friends with all the people in your community. Network with city and community leaders. Meet people of influence. Acts 18:11 says, “And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God–among them.”
