Daughter Churches: Insights, Ideas and Secrets of Success
Joshua B. Carson, Indianapolis, IN- Over the last year, CT has been blessed to partner with two previously established works, both having very small congregations. They have become additional campuses of Calvary Tabernacle and we currently have Campus Pastors serving in both locations. We want the entire region of Indianapolis to have an Apostolic witness, whether that means planting new works or partnering with existing works. We are doing our best to train and empower young ministry couples.
Key elements in starting daughter works are to 1) Identify the need. 2) Clearly cast vision. 3) Build a launch team that can be sent, not simply released. 4) Empower others to lead.
North American Missions is a great ministry that I believe stands poised to help when and if we reach out.
