“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” (Isaiah 6:8)
Send me.
It is the heart’s cry of God’s people as ambassadors of the Kingdom. We serve as the hands and feet of Jesus in this world, constantly reminding ourselves that this present life is temporal, and we are moving toward that which is eternal. We want our lives to matter. We want to make an impact for Christ.
Send me!
Whatever your will, God, I am willing! Use me!
And then comes that still, small voice… “Tupelo Children’s Mansion.”
I can’t do that! What about my family?
I can’t do that! I have plans for my future!
I can’t do that! It’s too inconvenient.
I can’t do that! It doesn’t make sense.
Send me….just not where it’s inconvenient.
Send me….just as long as the sacrifice isn’t too heavy.
Send me….just as long as it fits into my plans.
Send me….just as long as my American dream can still come true.
It may not always be easy. It may not always make sense. However, the outcomes are eternal. If you feel that God has been dealing with you about taking a step of faith, giving yourself to those who are hurting, then please reach out to us! We would love to discuss with you the opportunities to make a difference at Tupelo Children’s Mansion!
